PACHEDO prioritizes on; i) availability of food and nutritious food items at humanitarian emergencies and development programs for vulnerable women, children, youth such as Pregnant and Lactating women, children under 5, Orphans and other vulnerable children (OVC), older persons. ii) Strengthening of community and household resilience for improved food security and nutritious security at emergencies, post recovery and development. iii) Entrepreneurship and market access for sustainable livelihoods and development of poor economies. Climate resilient agriculture interventions and approaches such as Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA), Water shed management, Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLA), Value addition –Agro processing for sustainable livelihoods for community preventive and adaptation to the impact of climate change, disasters. While improving and promoting food and nutritious security and diversity. Entrepreneurship, market access in fighting hunger, malnutrition and other related disease, poverty and increase sustainable livelihood options.
